This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you play our vr game (yello's terror) on Meta Horizon OS / Quest devices.

1. Data Collection

We do not directly collect, harvest, or store any personal user data. However, to provide online multiplayer features and save your game progress, our Game integrates trusted third-party SDKs that automatically process baseline technical data:

• Meta Horizon SDK: Authenticates your player entitlement via your unique Meta User ID and loads your platform profile/avatar.
• Unity Engine: Collects hardware specifications, unique device tokens, and temporary IP addresses solely for application performance tracking, optimization, and crash reporting.
• PlayFab: Securely stores your in-game player profile, cloud game saves, unlocked inventory, and leaderboard positions associated with an anonymous internal account ID.
• Photon Engine: Processes transient IP addresses, network session metadata, and multi-user room voice communication streaming to facilitate multiplayer matchmaking and real-time gameplay networking.

2. How Data is Used

Any data processed by the integrated third-party platforms is strictly used for core game operations, including:

• Verifying authorized ownership of the Game (entitlement checks).
• Maintaining secure and low-latency multiplayer connections via Photon.
• Saving your gameplay progression, inventory, and high scores via PlayFab.
• Identifying and fixing technical bugs or software crashes.

3. Children's Privacy

Our Game is rated PEGI 7 and is safe for families. Because the Game only uses anonymous technical identifiers through Meta, Unity, PlayFab, and Photon for core gameplay functionality, we do not knowingly collect, store, or profile any personally identifiable information from children.

4. Data Deletion Requests

We respect your privacy rights and provide a direct path to completely wipe your in-game profile and progression data. If you wish to delete your internal game account data or PlayFab history, please send an explicit deletion request to our support email:

Please provide your in-game username or Meta ID string so we can locate your record. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently purge your associated account information from our backend within 30 days.
